The Kuckuck restaurant with regional German cuisine

Our Kuckuck team has set itself the task of creating modern German cuisine with high-quality fresh ingredients and a cozy atmosphere.

The three dining rooms with the restaurant, the Auguste-Lovis-Zimmer and the Karl-Beckmann-Stube as well as the sun-drenched terrace invite you to linger.

As a member of the regional producers' association "Kostbares Südniedersachsen e.V.", we attach great importance to the regional selection and seasonal sourcing of our food, ingredients and drinks. Wherever possible, availability and quality are right, we are happy to source our products from the region.

For example, we source 100% of our pork from the Sebert's butchery in Göttingen. Our water comes from Bad Harzburg, the beer from Einbeck, our wines from the Bremer wine shop in Göttingen, juices from Creydt Saftmanufaktur and schnapps and liqueurs from Hardenberg. This allows us to offer many regional components on our menu.
